HR & Accounting Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all-rounded HR duties including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Training Administration, and HR record updating
- Oversee office administration including supplies, equipment support, facilities maintenance, insurance, license and office record updating
- Perform Accounting functions including data maintenance, invoices preparation, settlements follow up, and payment preparation
- Prepare budget reports, financial reports, and ad hoc project documentations
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in related Business disciplines
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3 years’ relevant work experience
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Have good knowledge of taxation is preferred
- Detail-minded and proactive team player with strong organising skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
